While I appreciate your opinion, I need to jump in here and make it clear that ADHD in women is very different to ADHD in men. Hyperactivity with the inability to focus is more common in boys and men, but not as common in women. Just because you have a different experience of ADHD, it doesn’t mean that every other ADHDer has the same symptoms or experience. Bear that in mind next time you assume someone doesn’t have ADHD just because their symptoms don’t match yours.
