Thoroughly enjoyed this, Samantha, it reminded me of some of my favourite business and career magazines and their super useful features. I absolutely agree with not displaying a leadership behaviour — I’m the opposite, I take charge when things go wrong as a natural instinct, which many times has led to my being chosen to lead projects and initiatives.
