Great piece! I agree with your point about a healthy diet. I don’t notice as severe a change in my ADHD as you do when I eat processed foods but it’s definitely a lot easier to function on healthy foods. I think for me it’s all about keeping myself nourished so I don’t get distracted and frantic looking for snacks.
I’m one of the ADHDers. who get sleepy from caffeine!
